These cover this website and set out how an engagement works. They are not your booking contract. When you book, you sign a separate agreement covering dates, coverage, deliverables and payment — and if anything here ever contradicts that signed agreement, the signed agreement is what counts.

The photographs and films on this site

Every image and film here was made by us and remains our copyright. Please do not copy, re-publish, crop, re-edit or use any of it — including on social media, in a mood board, or to train a model — without written permission.

The couples in this work agreed to appear here. If you are in one of these photographs and would like it taken down, email us and we will remove it.

Your photographs, if you book us

Whatever is agreed, it is written into your booking contract rather than left to this page.

Enquiries and availability

Sending the enquiry form does not hold your date and does not create a booking. A date is only held once we have agreed terms and you have signed and paid as set out in your contract. Until then the date stays open to others.

Anything on this site about pricing, turnaround or coverage describes how we normally work. It is an indication, not an offer, and the figures that bind us are the ones in your quote.

What this site is

A portfolio and a way to get in touch. We keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not promise it is complete or error-free, and it may change without notice.

Please do not attempt to break, scrape, overload or gain unauthorised access to it.

Links out

Where we link elsewhere — a venue, a social profile, a film on YouTube or Vimeo — we are not responsible for what is on the other end. Those sites have their own terms and their own privacy practices.

Liability

We are responsible for doing the work we are contracted to do, to a professional standard. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Where we work abroad, your booking contract says which law applies to that engagement.

How we handle what you send is in the privacy policy. What the site stores is in the cookie policy.
